 No. You can request pricing without project control. However, control information will usually be needed before final machine-control files are completed.  

 Rush scheduling may be available depending on the project size, required deliverables, and current workload. Include the required completion date with your request. 

 Completed files are delivered digitally by email, cloud link, or another agreed file-transfer method.
